Eric Clapton - Tears in Heaven

Rock music can really make a big fuss over some people as if they are the best thing since sliced bread when the reality is they are very good musicians or singers and that's about it. Nothing is beating the sliced bread this side of heaven.

Speaking of which Mr. Clapton would be one of those highly exalted rock icons who perhaps could do without most of the adulation.

For all that though, he be one of those very good musicians. This is one of my favourite songs and the heart of it conveyed musically and vocally can be emotionally provocative especially in remembering the tragic circumstances in which it was written.

Quality song, quality sung and performed in the ideal format - unplugged (kinda).
